Chop Chop Deliveries LLC ("Chop Chop," "we," "us," or "our") is a food and goods delivery service based in Columbus, Ohio. We connect restaurants and local businesses with customers and employ independent contractor drivers to fulfill deliveries throughout the Columbus metro area.
By using our website, contacting us, applying to drive with us, or opting into our SMS communications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
Message & Data Rates May Apply. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Chop Chop Deliveries. Consent is not a condition of purchase or employment.
Chop Chop Deliveries sends SMS messages for the following purposes:
- Driver recruitment and onboarding communications
- Delivery status updates and notifications for customers
- Operational updates for active drivers (scheduling, availability, route info)
- Responses to inbound inquiries submitted via our website or by text
- Promotions and announcements (with explicit opt-in only)
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us. Driver applicants may receive up to 5 messages during the onboarding process. Active drivers may receive operational messages on a regular basis. Customers may receive delivery updates per order.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Supported carriers: All major U.S. carriers are supported. Carrier message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
Privacy Policy
We collect information you provide when you contact us, apply to drive, or use our services. This includes your name, phone number, email address, and any details you share in your message.

- Respond to your inquiries and fulfill delivery requests
- Process driver applications and manage contractor relationships
- Send SMS communications you have opted into
- Improve our services and operations
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your opt-in data or consent with any third parties.
Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely for the purposes described above and are never sold, rented, or shared.
Driver Independent Contractor Terms
All drivers who deliver for Chop Chop Deliveries operate as independent contractors (1099). Drivers are not employees of Chop Chop Deliveries LLC and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and equipment.
By applying to drive with us, you acknowledge:
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee
- You set your own schedule and availability
- You are responsible for maintaining a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and roadworthy vehicle
- You will receive a 1099 form at year-end if applicable under IRS thresholds
Restaurant and Business Partners
Restaurants and businesses that partner with Chop Chop Deliveries agree to provide accurate menu information, pricing, and availability. Chop Chop Deliveries acts as a delivery intermediary and is not responsible for food quality, preparation, or accuracy of orders provided by partner restaurants.
Limitation of Liability
Chop Chop Deliveries LLC shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control including weather, traffic, or third-party failures. Our liability is limited to the cost of the delivery fee paid for the affected order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or continued receipt of SMS messages after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
